K-6 Grandparents Day is today @ 2pm
We are requesting our special guest to enter the school through the exterior gymnasium doors on the south side of the school near the softball field.
If you plan for your student(s) to leave with grandparents after the event, please have them sign your student(s) out with their classroom teacher.
K-6 Grandparents Day is tomorrow.
We request our special guest to enter the school through the exterior gymnasium doors on the north side of the school near the softball field. The event will start in the gymnasium at 2pm with a storyteller, then transition to the elementary wing for treats and classroom visits.
If you plan for your student(s) to leave with grandparents after the event, please have them sign your student(s) out with their classroom teacher.
Transportation Update:
We have resolved our afternoon route issues for next week, September 13-17. ALL ROUTES WILL RUN AS USUAL. Please be patient as there may be delays in the afternoon route times. We thank you for your continued support.

Due to a shortage of bus drivers, we will be consolidating our afternoon routes next week, MONDAY, September 13 - FRIDAY, September 17. This means that there will be NO IN TOWN RIDERS, and out-of-town route riders will experience some delays for the week. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Due to low participation numbers and plague of injuries, the decision has been made to forgo playing this weeks home varsity football game.
Game Time Correction:
JH Softball @ home tomorrow starts at 4pm with Varsity and JV games to follow.
JH Softball Schedule Change: The JH Softball Round-Robin scheduled for Saturday, September 11, in Pattonsburg has been moved to Wednesday, September 22 in Gilman City.

JV Round Robin scheduled for Saturday, September, 4 has been cancelled due to field conditions.
2021 Home Opener Varsity Football game vs. Mound City tomorrow @ 7pm. We will have a fully operational concession but will continue with limited bleacher seating on the home side of the field. We encourage our WildCard fans to bring their lawn chairs, pull up some pavement, and sit back and enjoy the game.

Stewartsville Parents As Teachers:
Parents as Teachers offers FREE home visits with certified educators.
Free visits in your home to:
>Create toys and games with your child to support their development
>Read books
>Track your child’s development
We can support your family long term, preparing your child for kindergarten!
We offer monthly personal home visits, group connections, and annual developmental screenings to families with children from prenatal through age 5.
Visits usually take place during the afternoon starting around 3:45pm and last between 45 min. to an hour.
Currently due to the Covid we offer “Porch Visits.” We provide an activity bag for your kiddos and drop the bags off. At your convenience you and your child can do the activity together. After you have had a chance to do the activity you can call, message or text to discuss how the activity went.
